What do you Islamic people think of bin Laiden?

I'm very curious about the responses to this question. Because I was told (by a non-Muslim) that all Muslims are secretly Islamic fanatics, who are just waiting (like sleepers) for the announcement of the Holy Jihad.

Note that I DON'T really believe that. But there has been people who mention that they have never really heard or seen many of the peaceful Muslims denouncing the 9/11 attacks or Bin Laden. So I'd like to hear how they respond.

I think he is a criminal of course and that he should be judged accordingly. I as a Muslim do NOT support him or his acts and any Muslim knows that anyone who brings a bad name to Islam is going against the teaching of Islam.

just like every lost person i pray Allah will guide them.

But i don't have interest in his views, also he gives an extremely bad image of Islam which is not at all true.

BTW we are not called Islamic people we are called Muslims and follow the religion of Islam.

Good question. (I personally know some Muslims who are not fans of Bin Laden.)
