Fixing Broken Hearts 101

You give yourself three months to drink, smoke, and party as much as you can whilst still holding down a job.

You contract the flu, which puts you down for about a week and when you start getting better you feel fantastic because you havnt partied for seven whole days.

You decide this is a turning point, and a broken heart is no longer a good excuse to disrespect yourself.

You get better.
You talk rather than drink.
You run so you dont smoke.
You land a great job.

Then one day, your walking to work, the sky is clear, the air is warm, and someone leans out of their car and wolf whistles you.

Broken heart fixed.

Happy Graduate.

You can't fix a broken heart. No matter how hard you try. The heart will always reamin in pieces. But in order to heal it you have to simply learn more about you as a person and learn what you're needing. Before u start dating again. Even though you are dating someone else dosen't mean your heart is healed. It simply mean that you are ready to get back out there in the sea. You Can Always Like A person over and over again but you can't never stop loving them.

You can NEVER replace what broke your heart in the first place. You just go on and offer your heart in a different direction.

If one sits by mending a broken heart forever, you end up nursing that broken heart the rest of your life. Sometimes that's an easy trap to fall into. We KNOW how to deal with that. A new love, we don't know how to deal with.

Don't step out carefully. LEAP out! into your new life. Live again! Take chances! Make mistakes! It's the only way progress is ever made.

In other words, a broken heart will never mend just by nursing it the rest of your life. Get out and USE that heart. Like any exercise, using a muscle makes it stronger. Never using it makes it limp and weak.

Now! Go look at yourself in a mirror, give yourself a sexy wink, and hop to it!

No matter who has it (you or the ex) one thing's for sure... You need time. First of all you may need some time by yourself to make a review of your relationship, or the reasons that led to a broken heart to fix...
Then try to work more, exercise, spend time with friends, and try looking for the next one.

Some people though would be better of if they made efforts for a come-back at the ex relationship, or when they find the next one the very next day. Those choices however tend to be wrong... Because emotionally you will not be stable enough...

You can't fix a broken heart. It has to heal on it's own; from the inside out.

Nothing makes you forget a broken heart faster than another piece of *** If a hungry man has his favorite food taken away, what else will quench his hunger?
