Im talking about Columbia College not SEAS or GS. How good/respected is the AstroPhysics and "Science" course there?

That would be Columbia University, and while I can't tell you about that specific major, they are extremely well respected overall.

I'm a College student there, and while I believe chemistry is the strongest department in natural sciences, we have an incredibly well-known astronomy department head, Professor Helfand. That's not exactly astrophysics, but the best way you can find out is to surf on the Columbia website (www.columbia.edu), look for the department you're interested in and see what kinds of research the professors do, where/when they've been published, and perhaps contact them about their projects.
