Yes you can provided both cards aren't issued by the same bank and the balance transfer will cost you more. Been there done that :)

Probably, as they both use bpay... however not a great idea... many rob peter to pay paul, and that is what your doing except I suppose soon it will be robbing visa to pay mastercard.
