Eastwood Lafayette in Libis - they rent out for P30,000 per month, furnished.
Condominiums in Salcedo and Legazpi Villages, Makati are leased at a range of P25,000 - P50,000 depending on how new or old the condo is, or its proximity to Greenbelt.
The cheaper condos would be all those under the Cityland brand. One bedroom units cost around P15,000, furnished.
These are for one-bedroom flats, and rental rate typically excludes parking space. A space is rented out for minimum P3,000 per car slot per month.
If you are moving permanently, look for a space to rent first before buying your own unit. That way, you will have plenty of time to look around, review, compare and contrast, and most importantly research about the condominium. Sometimes, it feels like a bargain and then you realize what trouble you got yourself into. Be careful.
