Resturants in Alburquerquke, NM?

Question

I'm going to be in Albuerquerque, NM in a few weeks for a conference. I will be staying in the downtown area and I'm wondering of possible cheap (like $10 or under), but good resturants that I can possibly checkout that are in that area. I'm NOT looking for major chains such as Applebees or TGI Fridays...I want something that's geared more towards the locals.

very authentic New mexican food (not the same as mexican) Los cuates, during the day there is Barelas coffee house which is my absolute favorite. also cervantes any other q's please e mail me
