My mom is pregnant and my dad is deployed. Mom is expecting her 5th child, something that both of them have always wanted.
I posted an ad on a site saying we want to sell our dogs, but I didn't know at the time that you weren't allowed to sell pets on the site.
I got nasty replys saying that I shouldn't give up the dogs just cause my mom is pregnant. They said she shouldn't have gotten pregnant in the first place. That made my mom cry. I felt awful for her. Besides, we're too unstable right now to take care of them. Why not give them to a home that has time for them? It was like 3 or 4 people who said the same thing over and over: don't get pregnant so you can take care of your dogs.
Look, I don't know about you, but I think children are a gift. I'd put my own child in front of an animal any day.
Still, I feel awful about what happened. It made me cry just knowing that these people have no sensitivity and that my mother was so upset. What can I do now? Please HELP

It's easy to be a complete *** on the internet and many people would say something in an anonymous forum that they wouldn't have the guts to say to someone's face. . These people probably don't know what the whole situation is (what you just described here) nor do you owe them any further explanation. You are simply putting forth the effort to try to find a safe home for your dogs which is a lot more than some people would do. Just know that not everyone thinks that you and your mom are bad people :)

Let it go. Arguing with or feeling bad about something someone on the INTERNET said is not something worth getting upset about. I understand the initial reaction, but you're obviously nice people with a great sense of family worth. Take the dogs to a center that will put them up for adoption or post an in your newspaper. Don't let people online make you feel bad about yourself or your family. I'd put my kids in front of ANYTHING too. Take comfort in the fact that you know what is important in your lives.

They don't know you or your family, so you should just ignore them, they don't know what they are talking about. It's not like you knew you couldn't advertise pets for sale on the site, so you were just trying to find a better home for your dogs...

i mean we're all here to get our questions answerd, and to gt other peoples opinnions and not to getr nastie or rude comments, if you have nothing nice to say about our questions or what we ask, than dont answer them, because its really not going to help. Your the ones wasting your time.

Just ignore them. It's sad you have to get rid of the dog, but they're just random people on the internet - what do they know about your life? Nothing...

depending where yo are, take dem to a DOG RESCUE centre they take care of them until u stable
