How does one become a top contributer? I just saw someone who was only in level 3, and they were. I thought you had to be in level 7 or something.

You can be a top contributor for getting a high number of best answers, answers, and coming here alot like maybe 3 or 4 times a day. I usually do that but I'm still not a top contributor! It makes me sad...I guess my goal is to be at level 7. Then to be the top of the list. Then top contributor. Hopefully we'll be top contributers soon! It's not like no one's trying to be one anyway...

You know, i've been thinking the same thing too. But you have to get a 10% in Best Answers. And you also need to answer with good quality answers. That's what I read on Yahoo! Team's 360 page.

All it means is that you have 10% best answers in a catagory.
You can be any level.

I think we are all still trying to figure that one out. I think they just pull accounts from a hat and decide it should be top contributer. lol

Well I may not be totally correct but what I am learning is that percentage of best answers in one category is what matters. Hope that helps. Good luck. :o)
