ejaculation does not affect the prostrate, I find mornings are the best time to shoot my wad.
my ol'lady would rather be hit with a wad later in the day though, I guess there is nothing worse than waking up to a load of goo in your face.

I don't think your prostate gland can tell time, being in the dark all the time, so I don't think it cares when you do it.
