What is the strangest way you have ever seen someone charge up their cell phone?
I’ll get you stated with this one.
A while ago I saw someone plug their cell phone into the decorative tree lights in the middle of downtown!

not so strange place, but I saw a guy with his cellphone plugged in at Kinkos while he used their bank of phones that Kinkos used to have out front (and they were open 24-7). I often wondered if a person could rack up phone bills for Kinkos. The following year I noticed Kinkos had moved a couple of miles away into a dinky place and no more phones outfront for people to use.
