1. Try to watch what you eat. Make sure you aren't over portioning your food and try to incorporate more fruit and veggies into your diet. Also, try to pinpoint your problems like for me, I like sweets so instead of eating cookies, I eat fresh fruit. Don't eat food before you go to sleep either.
Cut out sweet sugary sodas out of your diet. Even if you drink diet, you will notice a HUGE difference if you quit drinking soda.
Don't forget to exercise about 30 minutes a day. Even if it's a brisk walk around the block, it all helps. Though, try to work up your stamina to really get in shape. You could join a gym, a lot of them have classes you could go to so working out is a little more fun.
2. Try not to drink anything with caffeine in it after school. I have the same problem with staying up late. I take sleeping pills because it's so hard for me to get to sleep but ask your parents before you decide to do that though.
3. I like to go to Forever 21. The clothes are cute and cheap so I don't feel bad for only wearing them a month or two.
4. Try to wash your face in the morning and before you go to bed. About once a week try to use a face mask.
5. Maybe you should join a club or a team. It's easier to talk to people who have the same interests as you. Don't be afraid to ask someone for their number or if they want to hang out or see a movie either.

Hun, I think it's great that you want to better yourself. I'm trying to do the same thing...so if you want you can email me so we can "motivate" each other!! only if you want. lol.
losing weight: Don't eat for 4 hours before you sleep
cardiac is one of the best ways to lose weight, so run, dance, and jump on a trampoline.
waking up on time: set an alarm clock and start getting up a little earlier everyday by about 5 minutes.
cute cheap clothes: kholes is a great store, as well as forever 21, and sometimes even walmart has cute things!
face cleaner: Wash it every morning and every night if you have oily skin. use mild facial scrubs and do not use soap.
shy: with your new wardrobe, cleaner face, and slimmer physique you will most likely have more confidence!!
I think that you should try getting more musically oriented. Music is a great way to stimulate the mind, and if its a great song with a good beat it might stimulate you to dance around the room :P

1 weight: eat healthy exersise 2 hours a day
2 get an alarm clock another thing you can do and it may seem crazzy but before you fall asleep continusely say the time you want to wake up spell it say it in you mind say it out loud picture a clock i tried it and it really does work!
3 go to the mall and look in every store!
4 wash daily bye clearisal proactive or st ives
5 be confident think to your self that you number one confident energy helps people around you to!
6 make up keep it light never enfisise both lips and eyes do you eyes with a light eye shadow thin layer of eye liner curl lashes maskara powder cover up a little blush and a thin lip gloss
7 get your hair layered side bangs and mabey even thin highlights!

We can cover 'lose a little weight', 'wake up on time', get face a little clearer' all at once!
1] eat a well balanced diet - if you are done growing, eat:
2 servings lean protein a day
3 servings whole grain bread, cereal, rice, or pasta
2 servings lw fat dairy
3 servings vegetables
2 servings fruit
2] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
3] take a multivitamin with minerals every day
4] avoid fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food
Limit caffeine to two servings a day [ not in soda - junk food! ]
5] to lose weight, do at least 30 minutes of cardio six days
a week
6] to tone, do 3 sets each of 10 reps of pushups, situps, obliques, and crunches every day. Add numbers, and then weights as you get stronger. [ muscle burn more calories than fat ]
7] go to bed 8 and 1/2 hours before you have to get up - time to unwind, read, pray. [ exercise helps better sleep, so feel more refreshed ]
8] lay out entire outfit before bed, pack all assignments etc. in school bag, pack lunch or put money in bag.
9] I always bathe or shower at night - I sleep better, and saves lots of time in AM!
SHYNESS: practice on people who don't 'count' - outside your social circle.
Talk to strangers at the store/mall.
Ask questions of people at church.
Talk to or ask questions of people on buses, on street, etc.
Say hello or hi to everyone you know.
Give compliments, or ask where purchased an item.
CATALOG/ONLINE SHOPPING:
a] write down all your measurements, and check size at each store - they are different in each one.
b] check sale, clearance, or outlet sections first
c] go thru style sections of online magazine sites - glamour, people, etc.
d] buy stuff in colors and styles that flatter you - not stuff designers tell you is in style.
THEN, try shopping at:

try going for a walk everyday after school around your neighboorhood
u culd buy a relly loud alarm clock
go to target or wal mart ull be shocked at wat u find and for accesroies try claires
u can try diffrent face washes such as nuetragena or proactive if u think u need it
try joining diff clubs at school ull get many diffrent type of frends
