What you are describing sounds like Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). But, like some of the others said, if this is becoming a problem that hinders your life, then you should definitely see someone about it. I know what its like, just to be nervous about things that seem so stupid, but its not something that you can always control. Just talking with someone who knows, and who can give you ideas on how to help yourself out can be more helpful than you think. I have seen counselors, and psychologists. It really just sometimes helps to talk about it. I know its scary... really I do, but it won't get any better if you don't do anything about it.
I wish you the best of luck... things will get better. You always have control.

People are dishonest and its no secret the majority of Americans suffer from some type of mental disorder. Our society is falling deeper and deeper into an immoral decay, and justice is getting harder and harder to find. There isn't anything you can do about it. You just have to take your chances every time you walk out your front door. Accept it. Carrying a gun might help you feel more secure. Thats what I do. ;-)

has anything very tramatic happend in your life?
i was raped when i was almost 13, i just turned 14 and still afraid of it.
now i worry about everything... getting busted for drugs, sex, pregnancies, things my friends are going through.
i went to a shrink. we worked out a lot of problems. but htat was expensive- try 500$ a session in a small town. they arent' all that expensive though. I had one that costed only 150.... but she was such a little beotch. i could have sworn she was dealing with anarexia herself, too.
just remind yourself to be confident, that always helps me. i've overcome lots... like killing spiders, boating, shopping, using public restrooms. incredibly stupid things like that.

You may suffer from severe anxiety or even depression. Talk to your local doctor about your fears. Being afraid of things is normal, but being afraid of every thing is not.

Life is dangerous. You can embrace the fact or else let it control you. Just accept it and move on.
