I got 1190 on my SATs (590 on verbal and 610 on math)... I don't know if they factor in the writing part yet, but I got 590 on it. My GPA is about an 85% which i believe transfers to about a 3.0. I'm ranked 314th in my class (out 592).
I don't know how strict Kutztown University is; will I get in?

You might want to check out all the details on collegeboard.com, but according to them, your SATs on all three parts are higher than 98% of their students. Your grades are about average, and your class rank slightly below average. They do look heavily at class rank and at a lot of other factors which they list on the site. They admit 67% of applicants, so it looks like you have a pretty good shot of getting in.
