Any dish soap with water will kill on contact.
Also any cooking oil, and water 50% sprayed on insects will kill on contact. ON contact is the KEY word.
See you will have to keep repeating the process for contact kill mixes....EVEN the Hort. OILS and Hort. SOAPS that you buy in the stores!
Try going to a hardware store and asking for BORIC ACID.
NO bug will cross a barrier of Boric Acid!!!!
Cheap and effective!
OH yeah Bleach will kill them, and be careful the fumes don't burn out your nose hairs in the process.
Stick to dish soap and water or oil and water!

Seems like in a pinch almost anything you spray on a bug will kill it - hair spray, cleaners, etc. Something that works really well is that air in a can that you use to clean keyboards - it freezes the bug. Probably kind of an expensive way to go tho.

Bleach is not a good pesticide. It may drive bugs away from a small area around where the bleach has been applied. IT will not kill them off, they will just move to a safer location.

I was told some people draw lines on the area where the bugs are, with Chineese chalk. They say it's poisonous. When the bug crosses that Chalk line, it will die, even not instantly.

Yes if it's straight bleach. Careful not to ruin anything. Like carpet etc. Hope this helps. Good luck to you.

You can use a dry cleanser like Comet. Sprinkle it around your baseboards. Good to keep away roaches and ants. Vacuum very well to remove spiders.
