I keep it bottled up. I haven't blown a gasket in a long time. That's probably not healthy, but it's just the way I am. I would rather simmer and keep the lid on it than boil over into a steaming rage.

I don't really have a lot of anger. I'm basically a content and happy person. Before my divorce though it was another story. I used to be angry a lot and pretty much let it out. I have found peace finally after 26 yrs. of hell!!

I am the type of person who lets it build up then all at once something or someone will say or do something to really piss me off..then when that happens I am like a volcano!!!
