Motherwort, Mugwort, cramp bark, red raspberry leaf, and sage combined can make a great herbal tea for most womans menstral issues. Such as cramps, bloating, menopause, irritability and even sleep issues. Use one equal part of each dried and steep for ten minutes in hot water, strain and flavor to taste with sweet stevia or sugar/honey. Try drinking 3 times daily for relief of the above symptoms.

Black haw,Chinese angelica, Raspberry, Chasteberry,Ginger, Kava kava, Bilberry, Red clover, Yarrow, This is a list of herbs that I found in a Herb book for easing menstrual cramps. I am sure that is not your problem but you didn't give any details about your cramps. Cramps or pain?

i find a cold glass of water can help. this is mainly for stomach cramps. if your talking about something like a toe cramp, pulling the afflicteted area (like a toe) to a stretch should sort it out.
hope this helps :)

you need to eat more minerals like calcium, potassium and magnesium, a good way to get this is with a banana and milk smoothy, put 2 bananas in the freezer overnight and when you wake up put it in the blender with some milk and its creamy and delicious, also eat almonds, walnuts, pecans. if it happens at night and you are able to put a heating pad on it, do that as well.

chamomile tea is good for cramps and relaxing and if you use chamomile essential oil ( a few drops in the bath tub they are good for that also), lavender is good as well..
