I always make sure my clothes are cleaned and ironed and I'm wearing the right type of jewelery. Also concealer or foundation help to make the skin look even. I always apply moisturizer to my hands and make sure my nails are filed. But most importantly that my outfit is color co-ordinated and everything works well together. And a swish of lip gloss does a good job.

Tight spandex pants with an oversized tshirt from the blood bank without a bra. Works everytime.

I make sure my mullet/comb over is tidy, my wife beater has less than 16 holes in it, my cut off jeans cover my package, and my flip flops aren't caked with too much mud.
