I was trying to write the word BUSY-ness...and I came up with business!! ok, i'm bored!! haha

-ness is not a suffix for plural...

it makes the adjective (busy) a noun.

but u r right at what u say, u get the same thing......

Yes that could work, business keeping our own and others is a very busy job, oh and then there is work on top of that.... :)
