I'm wondering what's the best way to make a custom pool raft/float. I've done some research and a lot of sites talk about vinyl welding, but I'm not sure what the correct process is. I would like the float to be able to support one person. Floats have stitching, welds, separate air pockets and I would like to be able to use those ideas with my own project. Thanks for any help!

Floats don't have stitching. The holes would let out all the air. They are welded by a machine that presses the seams together with a little bit of heat.
