I was babysitting for my cousin when she came home she backed into my car, I didnt find out until the next day, she told me and has been telling me for a month now that she is going to have it fixed and is going to pay for it but she still hasnt...I went to the po po and got a personal police report that has to be sent in with all the insurance ifo and etc...Have I waited to long to get her insurance to pay...????Please help

It depends on the state you live in. I believe Illinois is 30 days.

You should call your insurance agent and tell them what happened. They will usually pay to get your car fixed then go after her insurance company for the money. As long as you have a police report, I'd call them asap.
