Revisit times by commercial imaging satellites such as Ikonos are about 3 days, and it would take many weeks of collection to map the entire US. With the other demands on the bird, you will not find maps of an arbitrary locations in the US consistently that are less than 30 days old anywhere.
That said, if you contacted GeoEye (the only commercial space imaging company I know of) directly, you could probably task them to image a specific location every 3 days (or less frequently) probably for a substantial price, of course.
Page 12 of this product guide instructs you how to contact GeoEye to request a quotation on a custom product.

For free? You're not going to find anything. You're going to pay a pretty penny for even 30 day old imaging; and that is after the intense look into your background as to why you want such images. There are companies that make satellite imagery available to the public, but they have to go by guidelines from the government about what they can make available and to whom.

See the 1st source for low resolution weather satellite views for free in real time.
See the second source for closeup real time images, but they are not free. They aren't really real time, but they can be very recent. I think they will take a more recent image of an area you request if the ones they have are not recent enough, but I don't know for sure. The site isn't very easy to navigate.

Join either the CIA, the NSA or the US military. Otherwise you are out of luck, my friend.
