APC makes some of the best UPS systems around. We have 2 of their UPS RS 1200va units for our small network.

Our office is in a semi-rural area with unpredictable weather and power line fluctuations. We've lost thousands of dollars in computers and equipment in the past due to brown outs and especially electrical spikes.

Having our APC UPS' not only provides some battery backup time to safely turn-off our equipment and shutdown if needed, but we're also protected from those electrical spikes or lows with APC's automatic voltage regulation feature (AVR).

Without this protection we simply would be buying computer after computer and spending countless hours troubleshooting.

Redundant UPS. Mirroring of critical servers and data in multiple remote locations. A good UPS and can help regulate the voltage, avoid spikes and brownouts.

You will get what you are asking for consistent power even during power outages to give time for proper shut down.
