jack up the front end and be prepared to do some heating and prying.need to get the nut of the end of the radius arm,and then heat the bushing itself to make it soft enough to slide off.

I do not reccomend a novice attempt such a dangerious job. The Bud Rivets on the frame have to be cut out and replaced with grade 5 or higher bolts and nuts. Those mushroom shaped bushings might look like just unbolt the trailing arms and move the front axle foward to replace won't happen. The streingth of the coil spring can cause serious injury if it jumps out even death. You might find the 4X4 guys to help you out. MR Klank Klank Klank over bumps

take the old one out and replace it , you may need to heat it
