v^2 – u^2 = 2 a s .

v^2 = 2 a s. since u = 0.

a = v^2 / [ 2s ]
-----------------------------------

F = ma = mv^2 / [ 2s ]

-----------------------------------------

Electric field intensity E = F / q

E = mv^2 / [ 2 q s ]
-------------------------------------------

= [ 9.10939x 10^-31 ] * [ 2 X 10^7 ] ^2 / [ 2 * 1.60218X10^-19 * 0.055]

E = 20675 N/C

Work from what you know to what you don't know. Use kinematics to figure out what magnitude of constant acceleration you need. Use Newton's second law to figure how much constant force you need to accomplish that acceleration. Use Coulomb's law to do the rest.
