Hi, when I am writing an email and want to send pics of my grands and I have like 10 folders of them, when I click on attach it only brings up some, not all, where did they go and how do I get to them so I can access them for attach easily, I guess I create a Main Grands folder and cut and drop the other folders into it but where do they go and how do I retrieve them ??? gmail, hotmail. yahoo mail etc

Mos web based e-mail programs such as Yahoo and hotmail have a size limit to how big a file can be attached. With Yahoo it's 5 meg
What I would suggest is use winzip found at http://www.winzip.com there's a free 30 day trial for you to use.
Just Zip all the files into 1 folder on the desktop and then send it as an attachment in the e-mail

I think it depends on the format of the picture, and whether that particular format is supported by your email provider. Bitmaps, for example, are generally not supported, and thus are not available to choose from when attaching pictures.

Change all of your pictures to JPG format and see if that doesn't help. Bring up a picture, choose "save as," and under format, select "JPEG" or ".JPG" and save. A new version of the picture will be saved in your file, and you'll probably be able to attach it in an email.

open the folders and click on the pictures or highlight them all and click send.or you might want to get AIM you can copy and send files to friends quick and easily

what you do is you press .. add file . or whatveer then it should be there . press "my documents.."
or "my recent documents.. "
