I'm 56 and I'd say yes. LIfe is a journey of mountains and valleys and when you get back on the good mountain top it is very important to look back and learn how you got into that valley or probably the next valley will be deeper and uglier and DO NOT USE THAT POINTING FINGER TO BLAME OTHERS, that is the most restrictive learning situation
