If you're referring to Vlad the Impaler, also known as Count Dracula, here is a possible clue to his burial site:
"The actual location of Vlad's burial site is unknown, but a likely spot is the church at the Snagov monastery, an isolated rural monastery built on an island. Excavations there have proved inconclusive. A tomb near the altar thought by many to be Vlad's resting place was empty when opened in early 1930s. A second tomb near the door, however, contained a body richly garbed and buried with a crown."
If you're referring to Bela Lugosi, the best remembered portrayer of Count Dracula, he died in 1956 as a result of a heart attack at his home. Bela Lugosi was buried wearing one of the many capes from the Dracula stageplay, as per the request of his fifth wife and son, in the Holy Cross Cemetery in Culver City, California. I am currently reading the novel "Dracula" by Bram Stoker and Whitby is a place that is highlighted in the book. If this was the case there would still be a few vampires around there or buried there such as Lucy Westenra, another character in the book. It doesn't make sense for the real historical Dracula to have been buried in the UK since he was Romanian.

Vampires never die so if he is buried there he cannot be the real one of folklore since that one would not be dead.
