U know shouting under deep sea (blue or red one) tell us what a reasonable occasion to let us shouting there although nobody could here us (expect the fish of course)
And what let me shout like that some answers here in P & S but I prefer to should silently under a river and I bring the fishes with :-)))

i would say being by really loud music. because it gives me really bad headaches and so does shouting under water:O
