u can never no for sure there is supposed to be randokm drug screening test for ever talent in the wwe. and if they tested postive for steriods or any drugs they would be suspened but theres many ways of treat cena is a questable one im not 100% sure but look at guys like batista and lasley u no for sure but guys like carlito and the hardys r not but the people in between like orton?? and cena its hard to tell....hope i helped

Cena has said he doesn't take steroids. Guys like Gene Snitsky and Chris Masters have taken steroids in the past, but after Masters returned from a hiatus, he was noticeably smaller. Rey Mysterio probably. He got incredibly big for his small frame. Not all of the wrestlers take steroids or testosterone.
