"dad, im having some feminine issues"
he will totally get the point and he has probably been expecting you to talk about it with him anyways because you dont have an available mother
so just ask him to take you to the store and you can run in by yourself (after you tell him that youre having issues)
or if you REALLY dont want to you can tell your best friends mom, im sure she would be extremely understanding and be willing to help anytime,
my bestfriends mom got excited when i asked for help haha, she dropped off pads every month and any other time i needed them (even in the middle of the night!) ha
i guess its because she understood my situation being without a mom
you might feel like there is noboody to help
but it is a natural thing and EVERY woman gets it
and even if you feel it might be akward to tell somebody, they wont think it is so just pretend its normal for you too and soon you will be completely comfortable with it
good luck!

You didn't say how old you are... You could try telling your dad that you want to buy some stuff at the store, but want to do it by yourself. If you're lucky, he'll just think you want to feel like an adult and not want to be embarassed by "hanging out" with your dad, and let you buy something on your own while he waits or does something else. You could say you want a new lipstick or magazine or something.
Or you could call a girlfriend and ask her over to spend the night and quietly ask her to bring some of her own pads to tide you over till your mom gets home. That is, if you can get your dad to let you have a friend over, or let you go spend the night with her.

first of all, what did u do on the fourth of july? how did u get pads then? all i say is just ask him but i know thats not easy. ask him for sum money n go to walgreens n get sum pads. the ppl in there will help u. u'll probably run into another girl in the aisle, u could probably ask them, if u really dont wanna tell ur dad.

Surely you have female friends who are going through the same thing. Ask one of their moms. Most likely, they will be happy to help you out and will probably give your dad a call to tell him what's going on. Then the hard part is over and he'll know which kinds to get from her advice!

tell your dad it's a girl stuff and ask him for money. my dad was ok with it. he was like it's normal so anyways but a small one if u have light periods and a thick one if u have big ones. u should wait a bit to see if it starts again normally and remember to have extra ones with u at all times
dude i had to ask my MALe teacher i needed a pad. he told all the girls that he has a daugther and stuff.

Try to simply tell your dad you need some personal "girly" stuff or perhaps if you can get your dad to give you some money then go out with some of your girlfriends and have them help you out.

Chances are dad will be as embarassed as you and happy for you to just hint!
Try suggesting you need to buy some "women things".
Or go grocery shopping with him and just put them in the trolley, he will probably be happy to pretend not to notice!
Good luck, times like these can be hard!

If you really dont want to just tell your dad outright...[even though it would be the most easiest, fastest, and sensible way...]
then you could just ask him for some money to buy "girl stuff" at the local drug store..

Say this. "Dad can you take me to the pharmacy to buy pads for mom. She askedme to buy them for HER.
Get the courage to tell him and if he thinks it's for your mom he'll buy you them. I know you can't lie but you can't tell you dad about this.
Or if your mom has IM tell her their or chat.
Hope it helped !!!
