Nope. Never going to happen. Too many interest groups that thrive from fear and hatred and keeping us all seperate. War is incredibly profitable for some people - they're not going to stop it without a fight.

Unfortunately, no. Hatred will always be in the world because of sin. As sad as it is, there will never be a way for humanity to get rid of hatred because we are permanently flawed be sin.

The conference (old congress) on foreign relations, has had this very goal and has been working, striving hard, to accomplish this , at least since the warly 1960's, that I can and do remember !!! Answer to your question : NO !!! Humans are not that way Sorry !

In the far future, when lines of ethnicity, race, & religion grow far less distinct: yes.
