Ditto, the Mollies are males.... I would guess the Black Skirt tetra to be a female, but I would want to see another pic or two of it to be sure.

They are all male sailfin versions of mollies. You can clearly see the gonadopodium in all the pics. As for the long fin black tetra, I can't help you there.

All males. You can tell by the anal fin. If its pointed its male, if its rounded its female. This rule generally applies to all livebearers.
