of course it is. But unfortunately I don't see it happening... at least not in my lifetime! As long as money and big business drive this country, the candidates can lie all they want in order to make it into the Oval Office.

Yes, a no-party system is always going to be better than a 1 or 2 party system.

A no-party system requires each candidate to stand on their own merits, and prevents voting based purely on partisan affiliation and party loyalty -- meaning the politicians must actually vote on the merits of the issues.
