YES! Cetaphil moisturizing cream is wonderful! It came in a 16 oz jar type container and it cost $11.49
Yes it's a bit expensive but it works and we tried many many lotions with our baby. Me and my husband both have sensitive skin so our son seems to have extra sensitive skin. He's had issues with every other lotion and soap we tried and finally we got the Cetaphil that his pediatrician recommended. We wash him with dove moisturizing body wash and put the cetaphil on right after a quick patted down towel dry. He has the softest skin ever, all our family always says how soft he is!
oh yeah, a little bit goes a LONG way.
The Aquaphor Eucerin or any Eucerin at all made my baby break out in horrible rashes.

My son has always had this problem. In the baby department at Wal-Mart, there is a lotion that is made by Aveno that is specifically designed for baby exzema and it's wonderful! It typically will heal within a day or two. DO NOT use hydrocortizone cream, as it will dry it out even worse. Oh, and stop using liquid soaps, if you are using them. My Dr. told me to use white Dove soap or Johnson's baby bar instead, becasue they are non-drying.

Try Aveeno or lotion with aloe and vitamin E. You can try baby oil once in a while. My daughter had eczema too. I bought really expensive lotions from the fair and they worked. As I'm sure you know, don't use too much soap in her bath and make sure she doesn't get out the tub with soap on her skin. Good luck!

My daughter has really bad skin. She is two. I found if I use a lotion with synthetic umm stuff in it...it causes her little bumps to get worse.
I have found the one that works best on her is California Baby. I can now find it in places like Target. But, I usually buy it in stores like Whole Foods (or other natural stores). I also use their baby wash. I use supper sensitive one for both the baby wash and lotion.
I also like it because it is natural, and there is nothing strange in it.

You know what has worked like a charm for my baby's rough patches? Aquaphor from the brand Eucerin. It's kind of oily, but really helped clear up the eczema. Just make sure to use it about twice/day till it clears up.
It's kinda pricey, about $8 for a 3 oz bottle but it works for dry, chapped lips, diaper rashes, scrapes and burns etc. etc.

Check to make sure she is not allergic to lanolin, and use Bag Balm. It is for cow udders but they sell it in the drug store cause people use it too. use it on the rough areas. then mix some 1/2 and 1/2 with baby lotion and use over her body
