No, your friend is kidding you. I recommend you watch the movie Kinsey, you will see all the myths surrounding sex and how Kinsey started doing research and educating others on the subject of human sexuality. Masturbation is the safest form of sex, It can help to keep you from becoming sexually active for the wrong reasons (in other words, keep you from using people for sex, when all you want is to satisfy yourself).

I doubt it. A lot of boys get acne and start masturbating about the same time (early adolescence), but I doubt that one causes the other.

It's just a made - up legend to convince you not to do it. There's also the ones about going blind, growing hair on your palms, etc. All fake.

No it wont cause acne. But, it will make you go blind. So, just do it till you need glasses.
