Bush can't explain how he tied his shoes this morning. It appears that our government might have participated in - or, at least, knew about - the 9-11 catastrophes, but failed to do anything to stop them. It is unlikely that Bush was told anything. When he was told about it in that Florida classroom, his typical 'deer-in-the-headlights' look crept up on his face because his handlers hadn't coached him on how to act, what to do or what to say. It's likely they kept him in the dark for fear that, otherwise, he'd give it away before it happened. -RKO- 07/26/07

You guys are pretty foolish.
On one hand you keep talking about how dumb Our president is but in the same sentence you credit him with what would have to be the most complex conspiracy of the century.
By the way President Bush graduated Yale and went on to fly fighter jets in the Texas Air National guard.
I doubt any of you can say the same.
The ability to express ones self articulately is an art some people aren't gifted with. Like painting a portrait or playing a violin. It has no correlation to intelligence.

Probably not Bush, but State Department actually does respond to some conspiracy theories.
