Wreckless and Lisa P are BOTH right - the episode is the third "part" of the movie...
When they put it on TV, they split it up into it's three different acts - the movie had an "intermission" scene between the three acts
The major difference is that the movie doesn't censor any of the language ;););)

Im pretty sure your talking about the Family Guy movie, Stewie Griffins Untold Stories, where Stewie is running back to the swimming pool so he doesnt have the life gaurd Seat fall over him in the past.
