Ok this is how it all started My nephew is 13 and he left his skateboard in the middle of the walk way..Now anyone could have tripped and fell and i told him this two times when u get done playing with ur things put them away..And he doesn't listen so he gets mad at me and attackes me and hit me in the face so i kicked him and scratched him up do ya'll think that was wrong of me and i told him 2 get the F*** out.

Sounds like your nephew has a lack of respect for other people. He should've never attacked you and should have listened to you when you told him to take care of his things. Maybe if it had been him who tripped over the skateboard he would've understood. Sorry to hear he's being disrespectful towards you. I don't think it was exactly the right thing to do by attacking him back, but you had every right to tell him to get out. Don't feel bad...you have every right to stand your ground!

I don't think it's wrong, as long as you didn't kick him too hard. He should have just listened the first time. I hope your nephew learned a lesson because my parents get pissed at me when I do something bad.

I do believe in punishment like spanking because time outs really do not work or at least for my brothers, but it sounds like you went a little over board.
If your family is like my then just a spanking would of done because my aunts have an unspoken permission from my parent to hit us if we acted that way towards them.

if he attacked you, you had every right to strike back and hurt him even if you kicked him where it hurts which might really drive the point home.. he will think twice about messing with you..

the language was wrong. and you should of taken the skate board away . and walked away.ignored him after that. you should of told him "If you don't want to mind me then leave"
now he can say you talked bad to him and hit him too.

No i dont think it was wrong for throwing him out but never hit him. talk to his mom or dad about him attacking u.
