Never... I'm skinny diets aren't for me. I need a diet to help me gain weight. I'm sick of people telling me I look anorexic when I eat all the time.

I decided a long time ago to be happy in my body no matter what the size (yes I am large). Diets don't work, changing the way you eat does, but to answer your question I dieted around 5 or 6 times and none of them took.

I use to try the fad diets...and really stressed out about my weight. I'm at a place in my life where I'm just trying to be happy with my body and my self image. As long as I'm healthy, eat right and go for regular physicals...I don't focus on what the scale says...as I use to do.

I think all women should unite and throw away the Cosmos and the scales :)

Would not even remember the amount of times. I have been dieting for 10 years - i am a yo yo dieter, when something goes wrong my diet stops until i have the motivation to get back on track.

A diet consists of what you do or do not eat.
So everyone is on some kind of diet all the time.

None really, I just try to make sure I don't overeat during meal time. But I do usually have a Slim Fast for breakfast because the cappuccino ones are yummy, and I really am not a morning person and hate having to fix breakfast.

too many to count...the only success one was Weight Watchers...lost 32 pounds...but then got cocky and put 34 pounds back on...the secret was the meetings every week where I knew weigh in was going to take place and the support and to track my food every day...I eat several times a day...can you imagine...now i'm on the eternal seafood diet translated SEE FOOD and EAT IT DIET...I'm turning 50 in November boy I wish I could get that 32 pounds back off.....got to start with MIND over Matter...no short cuts out there...love food it ain't easy...keep blaming it on menopause
