Can any one tell me what the hell happened in the episode before the last when john, bill, and that vietnam guy where in the van looking for the guy that stabbed john, and then john says something then passes out, and almost everyone from the show is sitting there having a cookout at the hotel, and john just started ramblin on and on? and what was up with the dead body he brought out of room 24

What you saw was John's version aof the Last Supper where he prepared everyone for what lies ahead, namely the fame of the Shawn and how that will make them all famous. He tries to point out that they must be aware that their shortcomings will come out in the process. It has a little of the Sermon on the Mount to it as well but the point is that Shawn is the one to be looked at. John seems to be the messenger and Shawn the Message.

I find the John is bring out all of the skeletons in each ones closet. That was more of a out of mind scene. They gathered because they are all players in whats going to happen.

Of course I do not know, just watching every week to get more clues.
As the season goes on you will better understand. This is not your typical show.
