OK - this is philosophy. You can use God or not use Him but make sure it is philosophical. No bilology or Big Bang theories please. This question is purely supernaturally addressed.
Why should there be existence and now that there is - why should thewre be death (or ceasing of existence)

Is existence between two deaths (lack of existences?)
Is death between two existences?

It is philosophical because it is questioning the very foundation of everything. Existence.
Why do we and everything else exist?
And why does everything die?
Don't just say God wanted it so. Say why He did?

depends on what your beliefs are.

i believe i have always existed and will always do eternally. its just my form of medium changes from time to time- before and after life on earth.

it is when on earth my spirit and soul is contained by a physical embodiment. this physical state is meant to last only for so long i.e. strictly temporary as long as the universe exists. as me and everybody, everything else will one day face death/ destruction. and yet, the spirit and soul still exists. in what form next- i wouldnt know since i havent died yet.

just because you know of death, doesnt mean to say that existence ceases or there is a lack of existence. if you want to think so, is the lack of existence measurable? is death the appropriate measurement for existence? if it is so,can we also measure death by the number of existence?

i think otherwise. they are two separate but yet relative state of beings. for me, you dont have to wait for death to verify an existence of an existence but you can see death where there's existence (obviously). admitting to existence when there is death should be the question. as for me, i happen to believe as such.

I can't imagine what the universe would be like without living. Who or what would be to appreciate all that there is. What good would the universe be without living. It may as well not even exist. The universe is filled with life, it just makes sense. To die is just a transition to another form. All that is, is in a continuous flux of change. Striving to reach higher and higher levels of knowledge should be the ultimate goal. Death is the bodies letting go of spirit, the spirit is eternal, as god (or what ever name you would like to call it) is eternal. Never ending, from the very smallest point of space to the ends of the universe it is all the same. Infinite and eternal. All is one.
Alpha and Omega. Somethings are not meant for us to comprehend.

Existence is between two periods of non-existence. This isn't very philosophical at all. You're just asking if there's an afterlife. For the atheists there's no reason to exist so we don't need an answer, and all the religious ones think there's an afterlife. Quite pointless.

No reason. Why there has to be a reason. You just exist.

Existence (of a human) is having all the atoms of your body in one piece. Once you disintergate you don't exist as a human anymore.

Nothing ever dies, really. It takes other form, but doesn't die. Plant seases to be a plant, but then falls apart into its elements - carbon, water, little bit of other minerals. Each one of those doesn't die either. Some water evaporates, some gets consumed by an animal. Now that water is part of the animal. Animal gets eaten by another animal... So on. Nothing really ever dies.

Because the alternative would be a "living death" and that wouldn't be cool. everything in this known universe in in a state on entropy, and things have a beginning, an in-between and an end.

Well, as I'm the only one in the universe and every one else is just a figment of my imagination - You don't exist, except at the behest of my subconscious, which is good enough for me so here is the answer - another question.

Why do you need a reason?

The world and our physical bodies are like chains to us, forcing us to exist here. They force us to live in this physical environment so we can share similar experiences and interact among other kindred souls. We do not cease to exist when we die, but rather become free from our chains.

This is a hard question, but you know what just be thankful that you were born to live in this world, just live it, see the animals they don't know why because they are animals you know the reason why they are living? I think we live to reproduce, hehe Who knows, but I am very happy to be living right now. when my time is up then it is up. we exist to experience what we know and what we do. But live the life the fullest.

It is immaterial:) There is no existence and no death. There is only the continuum of consciousness infinitely searching itself and examining infinitely.
