A spine injury, I suppose. Or you could get impaled on something by accident. I've seen plenty of videos of guys hurting their testes running into railings and stuff like that also. Doing stunts on a skateboard isn't worth the trouble. If you succeed, you don't get any medal. If you fail, you can hurt yourself. Good night!
