Yes. You might make an aluminium/steel cover for it if you are handy enough.

put it in the back duh.

get a normal header, run it back to say where the muffler used to be, build a flange, weld it to the pipe, attatch turbo, run oil lines, run an intake to a safer place(like inside the car), run the charged air tube up to the engines intake... no need for an intercooler because youve got lots of air runnin over the pipe. but if you desire one, put it under the car too so you dont have all this air tube bullcrap wedged into the tiny honda engine bay.

possibly if you did something elaborate. the problem with a turbo is though it's got to run to the exhaust and the intake. but anything is possible. except for professional racing. if they inspected you they would find it. good luck

You can hide it by covering it with foil or something, but anyone who knows anything about cars will still be able to hear it when you rev your engine. Also, that big lump of foil under your hood will look pretty suspicious.

Sure, put it in the trunk. Won't do much for performance, but nobody will know you have it.
