Among other things? He signed the:
* Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993
* Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993
* Brady Bill
* Communications Decency Act
* Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act, a welfare reform bill
* Line Item Veto Act
* Minimum wage Increase Act
* Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997
ALSO: authorized $100 million counter-terrorism agreement with Israel to track down and root out terrorists.
Here's a tip--nobody's ALL bad or ALL good. It's illogical to believe those who say otherwise.

As the first "Baby Boomer" president, Bill Clinton and his administration gave us a fresh and youthful outlook on our nation. As "New Democrats", they cut millions of wasted dollars out of the budget, eliminated vast amounts of red tape within a streamlined government, and proved that democrats can be fiscally conservative, by eliminating a huge deficit that had been building up since the Reagan years.
He also strengthened our ties with our NATO allies, and improved our image world-wide, by visiting many countries that had never been visited by a sitting US President.
He spent a lot of hours, and dollars, trying to map out a road-map for Peace in the middle-east, and finally made the Palestinians believe that the US really did support a Palestinian State.
He also responded to the attacks on the USS Cole, and bombed Al Queda's headquarters, and chemical plants, in Africa, and would have assassinated Bin Laden, (on three separate occasions), had his advisers not told him that the right wing would condemn his actions, as trying to distract the people from his "BJ" scandal.
Without the distractions of the Starr comission, and all the other sensless attacks from the right, He would have accomplished much more.
Hope this answers your question.

He did not destroy the reputation or standing of this country, in the world. He left a trillion dollar surplus in the economy, and he was the most respected politician by foreign leaders from all the rest of the presidents before him. He broke no rules or committed no crimes, like Nixon-Reagan or this Bush.

Not a lot.
He did help to make the USA seem to people in the rest of the world like a cool, interesting, forward-looking, globally-concerned nation, but his successor soon fixed that.

He ignored the Sudan when they said they had OBL and he made a mockery out of the Oral Office by screwing his intern. Just admit you screwed her, I couldn't care less, but not getting Osama when you could really f*d up the country.
