It's up to you. Can you picture the rest of the ride if the husband and wife are sitting in separate seats while you snuggle into your prescious window seat? Life's too short to not think more of someone else than you do of yourself.

Of course. If the man wants to sit next to his wife I'm not gonna get in the way. I could really care less whehre I sit. There are some variables though. If they are very rude to me about it I might not move, and if the wife's seat is a middle seat between two people that look like they would be very difficult to sit next to, then I would probably not move.

I would most definitely change my seat so the couple could sit together. Old or Young, I am alone on the plane so my seat is not going to change anything, I am still going to be sitting next to a stranger.
In addition to that I would hope that if a loved one of mine was in this situation, a stranger would be kind enough to move.
I don't see the harm in that.

Now adays you can choose your seat online. However, to answer your question, yeah I would move cause I am not bothered about where I sit. If it were me in that situation, I'd wanna sit with my husband. I always choose where I am sitting online when I make my flight reservation. People should be aware that they can do this online so that there aren't any issues later on. Have a nice evening!

Well this is really up to you.
I would do it if I were travelling alone. Where i sit ain't that important to me. But i guess it is to some people. But a guy naturally wants to travel close to his wife.
Sometimes making someone happy like that can be a lot more rewarding than having a seat u like.

If I was still able to fly, I would. I've flown a great deal. I love looking out the window but let's face it, I've seen it before. And yes the view changes but I'm not really depriving myself. Even if were to be my first flight I'd switch. Don't ask me why... I've done enough sappy for today.

Yes. If he asked politely, I would.
T-rex.. airlines don't split people up, but with the first-come-first-seated policy of airlines now, this situation is quite possible.

I don't like a window seat, it blows my hair and messes it up. I'd change.
Besides, what's to see at 30,000 feet?

I guess. I'm usually paying someone to sit next to my old lady so I can get a few winks in without hearing about her sister, brother, mother etc!!!!!!!!

If there were other options I might try to find them, but if not I would give up my seat.
Incidentally, I prefer aisle seats.
