have someone.. not you call social services and tell them that they have children in the house.and drug use,.it make take a couple of calls but they will go out and drug test him.. just make sure on your part this is not vindictive.. just to get even with him because it could bite you in the but.. where your children are concern.. do they like going over there.. if they do i would leave it be for now...i mean what your really doing is taking the time they have with their father away.. thinks carefully.. but what you want can be done..some one called on my ex daughter in law for drugs and she lost her child.. i have heard of it happening to men as well..as for child support.. go to social services and file for welfare.. they will make him pay or go to jail

Petition the courts for a remodification hearing concerning visitation in an extremely hostile environment. You will need to bring all the concrete evidence you have to back up your allegations; pictures, witnesses, police reports, hospital visits if applicable. Do not use any hearsay as the Judges hate it and your case will automatically be thrown out of court. Also bring up the fact on child support non-payment. If worse comes to worse go for supervised visits with no overnights. Good luck

"I was told that I had to have a room for each of them. Doesn't that go both ways?" No, because he only gets visitation, YOU have residential custody of your children. As for what proof you need, you have to have physical evidence. Photos, recordings, emails, not hearsay. "have heard from friends that he is now into crack" That's not proof, have you witnessed him induldging in crack? Do you have photos of him doing so? Has he admitted to you on record (taped) that he is? Him not having a job has nothing to do with his visitation. Child support is NOT payment for visitation, so unless you can come up with something more substantial that hearsay you can not keep him from having his visitiations with his children if he chooses to have it.

Call DHS on him while he has your son. Pay to have him drug tested. Than that might not even work, because My exhusbands living arrangement is a lot worse than that and I cant do anything about it. And he is on felony probation for posession, but thats all ok according to the judge. If you find a way, let me know.

Because you have to have proof, most people trash their ex to get what they want, the judge is not going to take your word for it. sorry, life is a beach, That is why I continually say people should not marry young, and should not rush into having children. this is another punctuation to that. I am so sorry that you are going through this, and even sorrier that your kids have to be torn apart like this. It is just not right.

Yeah my ex dosen't pay any child support either, and he lives like trash. There is really nothing you can do. Child protective services dont really want to help kids nowdays, so there is really no one to call. My ex even smokes in his trailor with my son, it makes me sick.

well You can have him served with child support papers & by LAW he will have to pay or he will get locked up. You can have a caseworker (or Department of children services) go to his home and note everything & as long as they see what you see you should have no problem. good luck!
