I liked Love Hina, Chobits and Fruits Basket. What other anime series do you think I would like? I really been wanting to watch some lately. Thanks!

Love Hina is a slapstick comedy, harem anime, by Ken Akamatsu. If you liked it, you'd probably like Negima, by the same author. You might also consider Hanaukyo Maid Team La Verite, Saber Marionette J, or Tenchi Muyo.
Fruits Basket is a reverse harem anime (one girl surrounded by lots of guys), and also has the transformation angle. You might consider the similar Fushigi Yugi, or Ouran High School Host Club. Maybe Ranma 1/2 is also similar (also has transforming characters).
Chobits is a more serious love story. You might like Hand Maid May (also involves a robot though less serious), or Mahoromatic (about equivalently serious).

Well, if you like Chobits you might like other mangas Clamp wrote like Card Captor Sakura or Magic Knight Rayearth.

Have you tried Best Student Council? They have a bit of stories from each of the girls in Miyagami Academy.
If not, then try, To Heart. That anime is pretty much like those.

Gravitation, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Karin, Azumanga Daioh and Asatte no Houkou should all satisfy you, they're some of the best I could think of, that you might like.
