Yes.

In 2006, there were 1,350 Catholic high schools educating 672,426 students.

And that's only in the United States.

yeah, the doicecan high schools, but they're not very catholic. if you look around, there are some good private-catholic schools, but look into them. they can easily be as corrupt as the public or diocecean schools. there is always homeschooling. find a good group around youd church, and go for it!
