I'm really not in it for the money, i love drawing. I've been doing it since I was 5. Now that im going to college, my confidence vanished. I'm in total blank, like a dummy sitting. Rite now, im preparing my portfoilio to submit it in colleges in September. But how much does a Cartoonist earn in a month? Does it depend how well ur drawings are?

It doesn't matter how good your cartoons are, I wish I could remember, about 10+ bucks a comic. it depends on the newspaper-look at "Peanuts" (Charley Brown) Charles Schulz got really lucky & he'd be a millionare if he was still alive.-I wish I could with my comics & they're more realistic.

if you know how to shmooze and get lucky you may pay the bills...but you may want a day job to go along with the artistic endevour lest ye starve.
