Sounds like you have spyware.
If I were you, I would avail myself of the free trials of some really good anti-spyware programs such as CounterSpy. It is far more powerful than any free software out there.
Try their free 15 day trial of the full system and see what it picks up.

It cannot hurt to try and unlike anti-virus programs, you can run more than one anti-spyware program on your computer.
You may have to run your computer in 'safe mode' to clean it all out, email me if you want further instructions.

you are infected with spyware. try running adaware or spysweeper. if that doesnt work, i dont know how to remove -only- ie for reinstallation-id just reoinstall windows completely. thatd clear it up. but also be sure you have a good spyware next time.
